When Your Job is the Source of Stress

Whether you are working from home or in the office chances are you are feeling some stress from your job. So what's the best way to handle it?

First you have to make a choice to look at the stress of your job. And when I say look at it, I mean take a step back and examine what exactly is causing the stress.

Is it a certain thing or a person? If you take a step back, you can literally take each stressful event that is occurring while you're at work and break them down so that they're not stressful for you anymore. How? You detach, you prioritize and execute. I talk about that three step process a lot. If you make the commitment to practice it, I promise you that anything that causes you stress will dissipate. Now if you choose to just take it upon your shoulders, it becomes like a weight. It pushes you down and then you feel like you're in a hole that you can't get out of. We label that as my job causes me stress. That's the deep hole that you are in rather than something in my job, or some things in my job calls me stress. Make the choice to identify each one, and practice, detach, prioritize and execute. Check out my previous video on exactly how detach, prioritize and execute works. https://youtu.be/g8LYCCtPGMY

If you do this 3 step process you be able to beat your stress at work.
