Do you find your confidence and courage to take on another day lacking?

Wish you had strategies to face stress head on and win, but right now, you dread facing another stress filled day?

Does it feel like everything is important and must be done this very second?

You are so anxious, you feel like your insides are tied up in knots. Nothing seems to be going right, you know your performance is less than optimal, yet you can’t seem to muster up the courage to ask someone for help. You are not alone.

70% of people suffer from some sort of stress. Between 75% to 90% of all doctor's office visits are for stress-related ailments and complaints. Do you struggle with any of these things?

  • Headaches

  • High blood pressure

  • Heart problems

  • Diabetes

  • Skin conditions

Then there is a chance that stress is the cause.

  • Asthma

  • Arthritis

  • Depression

  • Anxiety

If you try to ignore it, stress can compound and lead to catastrophic results. An Associated Press analysis of government CDC records indicates that American suicides are now at their highest point in 50 years. It's now the second-leading cause of death for Americans under the age of 35. And if you are a first responder, the suicide rate is more than double those who are killed in the line of duty. Whether the stress you are experiencing is from Post Traumatic Stress or from the general feeling of overwhelm, you deserve a life free from stress and a life full of confidence and freedom.

I’ve been there. Post Traumatic Stress robbed me of what should have been some of the best years of my life. I believed that no one could understand. I thought that I could figure it out on my own. I isolated myself from everyone, including my own family. I let the stress build up to a breaking point where I thought the only way out was to take my own life. And then I had a breakthrough.

It takes the same amount of courage to ask for help as it takes to run into a burning building or take a bullet. I knew how to do the two former things from my training. I realized that I had to make the choice to be courageous enough to ask for help when I found myself feeling anxious and stressed. And I discovered that there were strategies that helped me feel less stressed. I knew that if they worked for me, they’d probably work for others. I developed a simple process to help you:

  • Feel more in control.

  • Experience less stress.

  • Be happier.

  • Be more confident.

  • Take less sick days.

It starts with a choice. The choice to be your own hero and start making the changes you need to in order to get back to being “You.” The best you. The you that you were before all of this stress started in your life. The strategies you'll learn in the one-on-one coaching are strategies you can start today.

Today is the day you’ll finally start to feel free! Free from the daily grind and struggle with feeling overwhelmed and burnt out. Free from anxiety and depression. Free from feeling exhausted. So be your own hero today. Find your courage, change your life.

Whether in the boardroom or in your personal life, Sam will work with you to reveal what's holding you back and help you emerge as the courageous bold leader that you were meant to be.
